The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, catering to all skill levels. They have a sauna and little gym space as well. Rex is very kind and always makes sure everyone gets what they need out of their hour flows."

"When I lived in San Diego, Union was a saving grace for what had arisen on my path. Now that I am coming back into practice and noticing inconsistencies with "Western Yoga" and what Yoga actually is, I have the utmost respect for what Rex and his staff have established and cultivated. Rex has so much to offer and deserves every ounce of success and prosperity that the universe has to offer. If I lived in the area, I would come back to Union. However, 3k miles away, Union Yoga has had a lasting impression on me and is a highlight of my experiences in San Diego."
