Woods Real Estate Services

"Of all the houses I've bought and sold this was the easiest because Richard made it easy. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. As newly widowed I greatly appreciate his support and patience. He slayed every dragon and put out every fire without any headaches for me. If you have Richard as your agent you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend him."

"Awesome group of professional agents who know their criteria well! We offer home cleaning services and work with several other realtor groups here in town but none of the others stand out as professional as the team at woods! Highly recommend. Thanks"

"Excellent all the way around . From the first moment I met Richard, he was professional and sincere. His demeanor was consistent throughout the entire process. He is by far the best realtor I have ever seen. Richard possesses extensive knowledge of the market, excellent negotiation skills, and acute awareness of very sensitive situations. It made the selling process of my home from start to finish easy. Almost too easy. I highly recommend Richard for selling your home. Thank you Richard!"
