A nurse or PA shows up in minutes doing blood pressure, etc and asking a few relevant questions. Minutes later Dr. Roth, a man of sensitivity and intelligence, listens, addresses every question and then provides brief but clear and understandable explanations. There's even a Sharp Laboratory location right inside the office. The staff at the lab is sensitive to a patient's apprehension about needles, making the experience as painless, fast and non-traumatizing as possible.
