SD Body & Mind Spa

"I had a full body massage with emphasis on my hamstrings and calves since I run 30-40 miles a week. My body feels rejuvenated and relaxed! One of the best massages I have ever had. Highly recommend!!! Make sure you bring cash for the better rate."

"If i could give more than 5 stars I would! !! Had a 90 min hot stone massage. It was the BEST massage I've had in a long time. She really helped get some of the knots and tension out of my upper back and neck. HIGHLY recommend a massage from SD Body and Mind!"

"The best massage I have ever received! If you’re in the area or out of town, you must go to this place! I feel like a brand new person. I did a 60 minute full body but next time maybe even longer. Definitely a 10/10 💆‍♂️"
