"Uhm, 10/5 stars???? THREE CHEERS FOR KAYLEN! It's Father's Day afternoon and this man is manning both the Monkier Coffee Co. area ANNNND The Craft Creamery area. Holy cow, what a beast. 💪 He kept a positive and pleasant attitude while servicing my family and I despite the massive rush between the two businesses. Like seriously. There were so many parties wanting to order coffee and ice cream and he was handling both like a boss. I feel bad because my dad and I ordered simple single scoops of ice cream and of course my brother and sister-in-law order a shake and an affogado. 💀 Sorry Kaylen HAHA My scoop of "Superhuman" was DELECTABLE. Absolutely delicious. It's going to appear in my dreams for years to come I just know it. I tried my SIL's affogado and UGH. Absolutely. Heavenly. So yeah, the product is freakin' delicious, but this review is mainly to focus on the staff. Because of Kaylen and his A+ customer service, our Father's Day was complete."

"People working here are kind and friendly they ask what you want and provide recommendation to satisfy your pallet, the location is clean and restrooms aswell, a variety of ice cream flavors which is a huge + for me. this place was nice and cozy plus the icecream tastes like childhood, it brings back memories of old! i love it!"

"We absolutely loved this ice cream shop! We stayed in San Diego for 3 days and went there twice. The portions are HUGE! We ordered « split scoops », and it was the equivalent of about 6 regular scoops. The flavors are excellent – it’s some real, creamy ice cream, not some water folles stuff. If I ever come back to San Diego, I’ll definitely stop by again!"
