VCA Bay Park Animal Hospital

"I find Lauren and Caroline have the most outgoing Beautiful Smiles, and they're both eager to help you and take care of your problems, , I know what it's like to being a good receptionist it's the first People You Meet before you go in to see the rest of the staff , and they make you feel comfortable, and I can honestly say these two women are really great at what they do, they always no matter how big or small they're willing to help me and answer all my concerns, thank you Lauren and Carolyn, there should be more receptionists like you out there. And I really enjoyed Dr Jones and her staff in the back they're very knowledgeable and keep me informed on every needs of my dog. I highly recommend Bay Park veterinarian"

"My girlfriend and I are in over our heads with three kittens that were found in a parking lot. Noticing something might be wrong we came to this VCA for help. What an amazing experience. From the front desk to the tech to the Vet, everyone was so kind and helpful. This group of people really do care about your animal, and they prove that through their actions."

"Caroline the receptionist is awesome! Helped us get an emergency prescription refill when our rover lost our dogs meds. She was very helpful and empathetic to our situation."
