Lofty Property Management of San Diego

"Excellent team. I truly can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve dealt with other property management companies before, and there is no comparison. They handle problems big or small, communicate well, and keep you informed every step of the way. Most importantly, they are honest, which is hard to find these days. It gives me peace of mind knowing things are being handled properly. Highly recommend."

"Nick was referred to my by my previous property manager who was closing down his operations with the caveat that I should do my own research and not just follow his recommendation. My previous manager is one of the nicest and most capable people I have met in life and after meeting Nick, I understood why my manager referred me to him–Nick has the same warm and gentle but professional demeanor that made me feel immediately at ease, as well as business values that align with my own as a client. I don't have to think about my property because Nick is experienced and attentive and I know my property is being cared for. I highly recommend Lofty Property Management."

"Lofty Property Management has managed my mother’s property for the last year. It has been great! Nick has made the process of renting my elderly mother’s home worry-free. I appreciate that he answers questions/concerns promptly and I never feel in the dark about how things are going. Given that I live in a different state, this provides an enormous sense of comfort and relief. I highly recommend this company."
