Whole Life Property Management San Diego

"Mike Jones is a top notch property manager! Mike’s has been managing my rental property since January. Before hiring Mike, I managed the property myself for 15+ years. I interviewed 4 property managers and couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire Mike. He has exceeded my expectations in all aspects of property management - from marketing to tenant placement, repairs to rent collection and reporting. Mike placed a tenant in my property when other properties took 6+ weeks to get rented. A few weeks into the lease, there was an issue with the washer and Mike was quick to send his appliance guy to fix the issue. His monthly financial reports are simple but comprehensive, and, more importantly, always on time. Mike is a consummate professional and makes owning a rental property a breeze! Thanks, Mike... I'm looking forward to years/decades of partnership with you."

"While going through the process of closing on our investment property, we met with Mike to discuss a potential agreement for him to manage it. At the time, we were not sure if we needed to hire a property manager to take care of it. But after meeting with him we felt confident that if we were to hire someone, it would be Mike. He was very professional and honest with us and gave us an insight into what we were to expect during the process of finding our new tenants. On the very first week of putting up an add for our property, he found a great family as our tenants. He made the process of preparing and signing all documents very convenient for all of us. Mike does a great job in communicating with us and our tenants on a timely basis. We have had a wonderful experience with him and are looking forward to expanding our properties and of course, we would undoubtedly have Mike manage those as well. It has been a great experience to work with Mike so far and we would recommend him to all our friends and family, should there be a need for a property manager."

"I have had the pleasure of working with Mike as my property manager, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his professionalism, dedication, and expertise. Mike has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my rental property is managed to the highest standard. His communication skills are exceptional, and he is always responsive to my inquiries and concerns. Mike has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the property is well-maintained and that any issues are promptly addressed. I truly appreciate his proactive approach, which has saved me both time and money. Mike's knowledge of the real estate market is invaluable, and he has provided me with sound advice on property investments and market trends. He is a trustworthy and reliable property manager who has consistently delivered exceptional service. I highly recommend Mike to anyone in need of a dedicated and knowledgeable property manager. He has made the rental process a smooth and stress-free experience. Five stars are well-deserved, and I am grateful to have him managing my property."
