"Three Guys Properties has truly exceeded my expectations as a renter! From the very beginning, working with Nicole was an absolute pleasure. Nicole was a gem to work with—she was always attentive, really listened to our needs, and made us feel heard throughout the entire process. She consistently returned our phone calls promptly and was always informative and knowledgeable about every question we had. It is so awesome to rent from a company that clearly values tenant satisfaction. I appreciate how Nicole and the Three Guys Properties team made us feel like more than just another tenant—they genuinely care about the people who live in their properties. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive renting experience!"
